Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using any Star Tarot surface, you acknowledge that these terms govern your access, data processing, and ritual experiences across all devices.

If you do not agree, please stop using the product. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

Accounts

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration details, safeguard credentials, and notify us within 24 hours if you detect unauthorised access.

Workspace owners are responsible for all activity performed under their seats, including conversational inputs shared with the AI assistant.

• Use one account per person; automated sign-ups or credential sharing are prohibited.
• You may download exports for personal reference only unless we grant written permission.

Use

Acceptable use

You may not exploit the service to distribute malware, generate hateful or violent content, scrape endpoints, or interfere with infrastructure stability.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate sessions that trigger rate limits, abuse detection, or legal complaints.

Plans

Payments & renewals

Paid rituals or credits are billed through approved processors. Taxes, currency conversion fees, and banking charges are your responsibility.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least one day before the next cycle. We will email or display renewal reminders inside the workspace.

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Completed AI readings and downloadable assets are generally non-refundable once delivered.

AI & IP

Interpretation limits

AI narratives provide reflective guidance but are not medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions made after a reading.

All artwork, code, copy, and product names belong to Star Tarot unless explicitly licensed. You receive a revocable, non-transferable right to view and export reports for personal rituals.

Disputes

Suspension, termination, and governing law

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud investigation, or technical harm. You may cancel anytime via workspace settings or by emailing support@startarot.app.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will first undergo amicable negotiation; unresolved matters proceed to arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.
